Puerto Vallarta-Food

We didn’t get to try as many places to eat as we wanted when we went in October of 2023. We went a few days after a hurricane and wound up having to change hotels (no power) to an all inclusive resort that was farther North. So once we were there we tried to eat there since we paid for it. But; we did have a few great meals while we were in the zona romántica & centro areas.

Mi Pueblito Restaurant Bar

This was a beach front restaurant. We went for breakfast one morning and had their buffet. We really enjoyed it.

Eulo’s Bakery

This was a delicious bakery. We wish we had had a chance to go back to try more!

Taqueria De Birria El Banquito

I had wonderful carne asada tacos here and my husband’s birria tacos were fantastic!

Chocolate

I don’t remember the name, but we went to a chocolate shop that also sold coffee. We had some yummy chocolate and some that wasn’t as good. It isn’t as sweet as we’re used to. They had some interesting choices, like ‘pink pepper & crickets’, that we opted not to try.
